About "Casey" (Timothy Ryan Richards)

Tim Richards ("CASEY") was born May 1981 in Maryland. As he was growing up he was active in drama and performed in many high school musicals. He was always a very open and talkative person who loved to entertain.

After high school, Casey and his best friend, Aaron Brown, moved to Boston, MA where Brown attended Boston University. During this time, the pair started their first major internet company dealing with web hosting and e-commerce technology. Brown developed a unique automated website where customers could purchase web hosting and store-front solutions instantly. The popularity of their new company ski-rocketed; particularly in the adult website community. Before long, the pair had created a very successful company.

Seeing the success of many of the adult websites, CASEY decided to try his own website. In late 1999 he opened CASEYSAPARTMENT.com, which was the first website of its kind. CASEYSAPARTMENT was one of the earliest versions of the now popular cam communities. It included live webcams, journals, photos, videos, and an online chatroom. Quickly, Casey and his website became very well known within the gay community.

Shortly after starting his website, and still while he was just 18 years old, he met his first love, "Kyle". Although Kyle was 4 years younger, the two were similar size and both new to the dating world. Over the next four years, their relationship flourished. On the outside, everything seemed happy; but that wasn't the full picture.

Off camera, Casey was having an increasingly hard time controlling Kyle's jealousy over Casey's involvement in the adult entertainment industry; but not for the reason you'd think. Kyle wanted more than anything to become a "porn star". This was a dream he had long before meeting Casey, but since he was still underage, Casey was stuck trying to control Kyle's desires.

Despite this endless battle, the two were overall happy and in love. In late 2002 Casey gave up his adult site in order to devote more time to Kyle. The two both moved in with Casey's parents and Kyle attended the local college. All was calm again until July of 2003. Kyle had finally turned 18 and wanted to start an adult website like Casey had done before. Together, Casey & Kyle built CASEYANDKYLESCONDO.com which became an overnight success.

As before, things were not as happy as they appeared on the website. Behind the scenes, Kyle was struggling with a substance abuse problem as well as a sexual addiction which Casey was powerless to control. Things finally reached a peak where Casey became concerned about Kyle's health and happiness. Casey ended the relationship and suggested Kyle return home to his mother for help. Secretly, Casey hoped Kyle would soon return: a changed man. But he never did.

For over a year the two didn't talk. Kyle had moved on and started a new life outside the eyes of the internet. Casey on the other hand, continued to work in the adult industry. An old copy of CASEYANDKYLESCONDO was among the many projects he worked on. All was peaceful until June 17, 2005. This was the day Justin Berry (an 18 year old man from Mexico) approached Casey for assistance on his new website JUSTINSFRIENDS.com. Casey agreed and took a minor role in assisting Justin with the website. However, Casey would later learn of Justin's secret and evil plan which would ultimately ruin Casey's life.

Just 10 days after convincing Casey to help him with his "adult site", Justin disappeared, leaving Casey holding the site and all its contents. Casey later learned that it was Justin's plan all along to leave Casey in control. Justin had secretly filmed and uploaded videos and pictures of himself with a 14 year old boy, then ran to the federal government seeking immunity for his crime.

With the assistance of his friend Kurt Eichenwald, from the New York Times, Justin was introduced to the potential of winning a $500,000 book and movie deal on his life as a porn star. As his first publicity stunt Justin planned to upload child pornography and have all his business partners and members arrested while he enjoyed the profits, fame, and fortune.

As crazy as the story sounds, it worked! Under pressure from the New York Times, the federal government granted Justin immunity and arrested the unknowing Casey who was stuck holding the bag on Justin's crime.

After Casey's arrest he was pressured by the federal government to assist in the arrest of other unknowing homosexuals who were caught in Justin's plan. He was told to either help out or face an extreme punishment. Not being willing to send innocent people to jail, Casey resisted. As a result of his efforts he has been placed in federal prison for crimes he did not commit.

His fight is still underway today, this website is dedicated to his fight for justice against the largest superpower in the world.
